Our Story
Stig’s Roofing Solutions was founded with a simple belief: that roofing should be done with craftsmanship you can trust, service you can count on, and a commitment to treating every home and business as if it’s our own.
Our journey began when this father-and-son team, backed by over 30 years of hands-on roofing experience, saw a change in the industry. Across Middle Tennessee, small, family-owned companies are disappearing, replaced by investor-owned operations that often put profits before people. We chose to be different.
From day one, our mission has been to combine proven skill with genuine care for our community. Every project, whether it’s replacing a family’s roof after a storm, repairing a leak for a local business, or conducting preventative maintenance, is handled with honesty, precision, and pride.

Ben Stigamier
Co-Founder
Ben’s introduction to roofing started at an early age, working alongside his father and learning the trade from the ground up. Upon reaching high school, he was spending every summer on rooftops gaining hands-on work experience.
Outside of roofing, he competed as a state-caliber wrestler—an experience that instilled in him discipline, resiliency, and a goal-oriented mindset. Those attributes continue to guide the way he approaches every project.
With experience in both commercial and residential roofing, he’s developed the ability to quickly assess issues, provide practical solutions, and build trust through consistent results. He believes every roof has a story, and his responsibility is to ensure that story ends with quality workmanship and dependable protection.
Paul Stigamier
Co-Founder
Paul’s career began at the bottom of the ladder carrying shingles, progressing through each stage of the trade and eventually serving in senior leadership as president. The steady rise gave him both hands-on expertise and leadership experience to manage teams of all proportions with integrity and accountability.
With over 25 years in the industry, Paul has gained extensive knowledge in both residential and commercial roofing. He has earned a reputation for professionalism, craftsmanship, and trust.
In 2025, Paul partnered with his son Ben to establish Stig’s Roofing Solutions, a family-owned company grounded in faith, craftsmanship, and community values.
His leadership extends beyond the jobsite as well, having served as President of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul at St. Matthew. Today, Paul brings his lifetime of experience and commitment to service into every project, ensuring that Stig’s Roofing Solutions delivers roofs that protect property, strengthen trust, and provide lasting peace of mind for families and businesses across Middle Tennessee.
