Job Description:
Perform roof installations, repairs, inspections, and service work on residential and commercial projects. Lead Tech candidates should be capable of directing crews, maintaining quality standards, and communicating professionally with customers and management.
Requirements:
- Previous roofing experience required
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work safely and efficiently
- Leadership experience preferred for Lead Tech roles
