Stiggs met me at my home immediately and did a thorough evaluation of my situation. It was clear from the get-go that his 30+ years experience and interest in taking the time to make the correct diagnosis, as opposed to make the sale, was all the difference needed. He even identified and corrected roofing installation mistakes made by Prior roofers. The repair happened on time and exactly how he said it would go. My roof problem has been completely resolved and tested by many extreme thunderstorms this summer. Stiggs even reached out to make sure that that was the case. If you’re looking for a slick salesman Stiggs, is not your guy. If you’re looking for someone who loves solving a mystery and knows absolutely everything about roofs, Stiggs is your guy.
